These consist on the following:

  1. Personality testing

  2. The compilation of the of the Johari window (as facilities managers are constantly communicating and are in relationships with colleagues).  This will assist future facilities managers to better their working relations with others.

  3. Determining the persons’ decision making style.

  4. Determining the persons’ ability to set goals and achieving it.

  5. The evaluation of additional personality characteristics focusing on the following:

  • Assertiveness

  • Negotiation skills

  • Preferred Negotiation techniques

  • Preferred method of communication

  • The ability to actively listen and

  • Competency level and knowledge level of FM tasks and procedures

As part of this analysis Global-FM will also assist with the organizational transition of the employees to the organizational structure and methodology of work. 

This includes:

  • Assisting with the management of change and the emotional effect on the employee.

  • Coaching management techniques to employees requiring this.
