Hosted by Me. Sanet Smith, Director and Principal of Global FM School for Facilities Management, this Facilities Management Discussion Session will be focussing on motivation of employees in the workplace. Bearing in mind the huge impact the COVID 19 Pandemic had on the delivering of FM services in the workplace, this will be discussed from an Industrial Sociological Theoretical framework.
